Situated near Koroni in Messinia, Peloponnesos, Theoni is a house with a 360 degree view. It has a spectacular position on the cliff of Gargarou and Aghia Triada districts. To your left, your view dives beyond the Kalamata bay into the mountains of Peloponnesos with the Taygetos in the center. Straight ahead across the bay you see the Mani district appearing from misty dawn until beautiful sunset. To your right you have the view of Koroni with its majestic castle and charming village, and all around the back side of the house your view strolls over the peaceful olive and wine groves of Charakopio.

Each season brings different atmospheres. Winters may be anything from cold and stormy to cool to springlike mild. Around Orthodox Easter, you oftentimes will find an already warm and friendly climate. Summers can be breezy at the seafront. The sea below invites you for a swim in the mild and warm waters of the Messinia Bay.

Theoni lives with the sea, the seasons and their changes. Every day you discover something different across the bay. It may be clear, misty, windy, sunny - most of the times it is very magic. Like in an old castle, the house has several lookouts. You can choose your favorite morning place and evening retreat.

The house comfortably fits eight people, with extra beds for three more people.
Every apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom and has air condition and heating.
